Plans call for an all treated lumber floor with floor joists 12" o.c. and 2x4 framing with wall studs 24" o.c. same with roof trusses.
These shed plans are very easy to follow, easy to understand and packed with loads of diagrams, illustrations, actual building photos, 2 material lists - 1 for cut list, and the other showing totals of each item needed for shopping or giving to your local lumber store for price estimation.
At the time I developed these plans in 9-2010, the cost of materials was right around $1089.00. Not bad considering this shed would be built for around $3000.00 if I was building it for a customer.
